CK cartridge filter is a filter system with high precision. It consists of the housing and cartridge elements, mainly used in pretreatment. It can be widely used in electronic industry, sewage treatment, beverage, foods, pure water treatment, also it can acts as home Water Purification equipment.
Working principle
1, Precision filtration is to adopt the molding of filtration material, under the action of the pressure filtration material, make prefiltration through, stay in wall, phosphate-contained residue filtrate through filtering material flow, so as to achieve the purpose of filter.
2, Filtration material molding of filter cloth and filter are: , filter slice, sintering filter tubes, wire wound filter, melt-spurt filter core, etc. Because of the different filtration material, filtration aperture is not identical also. Precision filtration was between sand filter (coarse filter) and ultrafiltration between filtering, filtration aperture in commonly 0.5 ~ 120 mu m range. The same form of filtration material, press envelop dimensions can be divided into different specifications.

Product Merits All the parts of this series filters are made of UPVC material. The inlet and outlet are in the same line, which connected with the pipe is adopt a 1.5" or a 2" union. The distribution system of CK filters is distributed from bottom to top. Water is well-proportioned with small strike to cartridges and air is easy to be discharged.
The bottom system of CK filter is designed together as a whole with the top localizer & closure system. Cartridges are easy to be installed, push down and closed, preventing leaking inside.
A series: The lid and the body are connected by a nut. Ensure a good seal performance. B series: Thelid and the body are connected using eyebolts flange method, ensure the filter can stand higher pressure.
CK filter is corrosion resistant, It can be used in SS-none-replace field.
