5. PRODUCTS DESCRIBTION

Raw material --- plasterboard forming --- drying --- cutting and stacking.

   The raw materials such as gypsum powder, modified starch and coagulant accelerator (retarder) are metered separately, then they are transported into screw conveyor and continuously into vertical mixer.

 

   Foaming agent and water are quantitatively added to the tank. When used, a good foaming liquid is sent into the foaming device, and then compressed air is added to produce a stable foam and sent into a vertical mixer.

 

   Modified starch and water are quantitatively added to the storage tank. When used, the mixed starch glue is transported to the mixer through a metering pump.

 

   The already made edge adhesive glue is delivered at glue containers at the sides of forming table. After coated with glue, face paper and back paper are delivered to paper stands by hoist.

 

   The forming paper is sent to the forming station through the indentation device and deviation correction device. Various raw materials and water are mixed into a certain consistency gypsum mixture in the vertical mixer. The gypsum slurry flows from the vertical mixer to the forming paper. The forming paper is sent to the forming station by the deviation rectifying device and glue coating device, and is extruded into a plate of specified thickness through shaking table, paper folding, paper covering. After conveying by solidifying belt conveyor, the formed gypsum plate belt has certain strength. The paper gypsum board belt is smoothly transported to the cutter through the conveyor roller, cut off according to the set length (slightly longer than the finished length), and then fed to the 1 # transverse conveyor. It is fed into the dryer by the distributor for drying.

 

   The plate is fed into each layer of 8-layer dryer by bridge distributor according to the program. The dryer uses coal as heat source to heat the heat conducting oil. The plate moves slowly in the dryer. The heat conducting oil exchanges heat with air through heat sinks. At the same time, the plate and hot air are continuously exchanged, and the upper and lower layers are adjusted by upper and lower circulating fans. The degree and humidity are the same. The free water in the plate evaporates slowly. Some steam is discharged from the chimney, but the crystalline water is not destroyed. When the dryer is discharged, the moisture content of the plate is less than 1%.

 

   The dried sheet is fed into the trimmer by the discharging machine, 2 # transverse conveyor and plywood machine, and cut to the required size. Then the edge of the trimmer is sealed and stacked by the palletizer, which is sent by forklift truck to the finished product warehouse for inspection and storage.
