Reinforcement layer is usually made of high-strength fibers or continuous fiberglass ribbons, so flexible composite pipes can withstand higher loads besides excellent corrosion resistance and flexibility.

PRODUCT STUCTURE:

Inner layer: Extruded with PE or other modified Polymer material.

Intermediate layer: Enhanced layer with aramid fiber, Steel Wire or other high-strength material by composite molding.

Outer layer: The factory traditional color is black, however, customer preference color can be provided with or without UV protection.

MAIN USES:

Transmission of natural gas, CO₂ and coal bed gas.

FEATURES:

Suitable for H₂S and CO₂ resistance, smooth inwall, good abrasion resistance, high transportation velocity, anti-flaming, anti-static, no fire operation, safe and fast construction, high safety factor.
